Technology
that works
for you.
In 2022, Dr. Haris Mehmood converted Hassaan Dental Clinic into Pakistan's first fully digital dental practice — integrating CBCT 3D imaging, clinical CAD/CAM milling, and intraoral scanning in a single, seamless workflow. The result: faster treatment, greater precision, and a dramatically more comfortable experience for every patient.
From scan to smile —
fully digital, start to finish.
Every patient journey at Hassaan Dental follows a fully connected digital pathway — eliminating guesswork, reducing visits, and delivering results that are precise and predictable.
Before 2022, no dental clinic in Pakistan had integrated clinical CAD/CAM with an intraoral scanner for chairside use. Only non-clinical CAD/CAM systems and model scanners existed. Dr. Haris Mehmood changed that — bringing the world's leading Dentsply Sirona CEREC system (Germany) to Hassaan Dental Clinic and setting a new national standard for digital dentistry.
The technology behind
every precise result.
Each piece of technology at Hassaan Dental Clinic was chosen for one reason: it makes your treatment safer, faster, and more comfortable — without compromise.
CBCT 3D Cone Beam CT Imaging
CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) is a revolutionary dental X-ray technology that produces a full three-dimensional image of the jaw, teeth, bone structure, and nerve pathways in a single, low-radiation scan. Unlike a standard dental X-ray — which shows only a flat 2D image — CBCT gives Dr. Haris a complete volumetric picture of your oral anatomy before a single instrument is lifted.
At Hassaan Dental Clinic, CBCT is used as the foundation for all implant planning, basal implant assessments, guided surgery, and complex rehabilitation cases. The scan data feeds directly into the digital treatment plan — enabling millimetre-accurate implant placement without exploratory surgery.
Intraoral Digital Scanner
Traditional dental impressions — where patients bite into trays of impression material — are uncomfortable, trigger gag reflexes, and introduce human error into the measurement process. The intraoral digital scanner at Hassaan Dental replaces all of that with a small, camera-tipped wand that glides around the teeth and captures a precise 3D digital model in seconds.
This digital model feeds directly into the CEREC CAD/CAM software, eliminating the need to send anything to an external lab. Crowns, bridges, veneers, and implant restorations can be designed and milled in the same appointment — from scan to finished restoration.
CEREC CAD/CAM — Dentsply Sirona
In-Clinic Crown Milling
CEREC (Chairside Economical Restoration of Esthetic Ceramics) by Dentsply Sirona is the world's leading in-clinic CAD/CAM milling system — trusted by over 38,000 dental practices worldwide and manufactured in Germany. In 2022, Dr. Haris Mehmood introduced CEREC to Pakistan for the first time as a clinically integrated system, paired with an intraoral scanner for a complete same-day chairside workflow.
The system mills ceramic crowns, veneers, inlays, onlays, bridges, and implant abutments in-clinic — using the CEREC Primemill with Super-Fast Milling mode. A full zirconia crown can be completed in under 20 minutes. No lab. No temporaries. No second appointment. You leave with your permanent, polished ceramic restoration on the same day.
AI Digital Smile Design
Digital Smile Design (DSD) uses AI-assisted facial mapping and photographic analysis to design your new smile on screen — before a single procedure begins. Dr. Haris analyses facial proportions, lip symmetry, tooth length, width ratios, and midline alignment to create a personalised smile blueprint that is harmonious with your face, not just your teeth.
Once you approve the design digitally, it becomes the precise guide for veneers, crowns, or full smile makeovers — so the final result matches exactly what you agreed on. This transparency eliminates surprises and ensures patient satisfaction before any tooth is touched.
International safety
standards — no shortcuts.
Technology doesn't just mean digital equipment. At Hassaan Dental, every safety protocol is engineered to the same standard as the treatment itself — because your health depends on both.
Every patient receives a new, sealed set of disposable examination instruments — discarded immediately after use. Cross-infection (hepatitis, HIV) is eliminated at the source. Dr. Haris pioneered this standard in Pakistan.
All reusable metallic instruments are sterilised in state-of-the-art hospital-grade autoclaves between every patient. The sterilisation cycle is validated and logged — never skipped, never shortened.
Surgery chairs and units are covered with fresh disposable protective sheets for every patient — preventing surface contamination entirely. Shoe covers are mandatory in all surgical areas.
Implant surgeries are carried out in a dedicated, sterile surgical suite meeting international standards. All implant components are opened from sealed packaging in front of the patient for complete transparency.
All clinical staff undergo rigorous, ongoing training in infection screening, cross-contamination prevention, and PPE protocols — keeping both patients and team members safe at every visit.
Digital intake forms capture patient medical history, allergies, and medications before treatment begins — ensuring Dr. Haris has the full clinical picture before any procedure is planned or started.
